Prior to launching Ellie Redders Interiors in 2009, Ellie and her husband made a habit of moving every couple of years. Ellie loved decorating the homes, paying attention to the unique style of each home and neighborhood. As the homes came together and the projects ended, though, Ellie would once again find herself antsy to move and start all over. Ten years later Ellie has satisfied her desire to design and decorate by working with clients to help them transform their houses into their dream homes.
Ellie is a certified interior designer with experience in residential and commercial design. She strives to create rooms that are cohesive, comfortable, and welcoming. She has a good eye for combining different materials, textures and patterns, and an impressive ability to seamlessly incorporate interesting accent pieces into her designs.
She believes in combining a client’s design style with her expertise to produce a beautifully designed and functional space. Clients feel comfortable working with Ellie because she takes the time to get to know them and their style, and includes them in the creative process every step of the way.
When she’s not planning spaces, you can find Ellie planning carpools to keep up with her two boys sports schedules, traveling, or relaxing at home in Wildwood, Missouri…where she has now lived for nearly ten years, a personal record that she attributes, in part, to her business. After all, without the steady stream of projects her business provides, she would be forced to find a new project house!
Edie Rice has over 20 years of design experience. Prior to joining Ellie Redders Interiors, she was with Agape Design Build in Kirkwood and before that owned her own design business. To say she’s a design expert is an understatement.
She is skilled at creating beautiful designs under a variety of budgets, styles, timeframes and requirements; and enjoys guiding clients through every phase of the design process. Her aesthetic is classic with a twist and she often pushed her clients to think out of the box. While Edie enjoys all projects her favorite assignments are those in which she designs spaces to motivate families to spend more quality time together.
When she’s not measuring rooms and choosing wallpaper, Edi enjoys traveling, listening to live music and scouring antique shops for hidden gems.
With an architect as a father and an interior designer as a mother, you could say Alyssa was born straight into the design world. She grew up amidst an entire home renovation. By witnessing the design process happen around her she fell in love with design and it became clear there was no other career she’d love more.
Her passion led her to study Interior Design at Missouri State University. While in college she also studied in England and France. This allowed her to see first-hand the impact history and culture have on design.
Since Alyssa graduated in 2016 she’s be working with Ellie Redders Interiors. In her free time, Alyssa can be found scrolling through Pinterest looking for inspiration for future projects or a new recipe to tackle.
